The Hall is bursting with charm and character, and offers a fairytale setting for your wedding with elegant oak-panelled rooms, vistas overlooking the Yorkshire countryside and a warm and welcoming club house. The grounds feature an enclosed courtyard with the original fountain, which is still functional. The greenery the course offers and the outer stonework of the Hall offer the perfect backdrop for your big day. Ceremonies take place in a variety of rooms available for you to choose from. The largest option is the Dining Room with space for 60 loved ones. It boasts oak-panelled walls with an original minstrel gallery and fireplace with clock dating to circa 1650. More intimate options include the Kaye Room, which can host 30; the Hallas Room with space for 20; and the Jessop Room for 15-20 nearest and dearest. All offer charming oak-panelled settings. For al fresco “I dos” opt for the Courtyard with space for 70 loved ones. It’s enclosed from the wind and is a very nice sun trap with original fountain and stone work. It can also host your celebrations for up to 100 guests. Receptions can also be held on the Front Veranda for 100. In keeping with wooden furniture, it’s located at the front of the building giving it character and overlooks the golf course. When joined with Dartmouth, Kaye can host 50-100 for your celebrations. Located off the bar it’s adorned with competition boards dating from the early 1900s along with a fireplace and furnishing to complement the setting. As one of the venue’s couples you’ll be treated to a free menu tasting, accommodation for the wedding night.
