My philosophy is that every wedding dress deserves a beautiful hanger. I was inspired by own wedding, when I was struck by the irony that the most beautiful dress I’d ever wear was on a bulky plastic hanger! I created a product that complements the gown and allows for that iconic hanger shot showcasing the dress in all its glory. What’s your favourite product you offer? It has to be our ivory tiered lace hanger. Inspired by a vintage Christian Dior wedding gown, the lace brings a sense of magic and romance to bridal attire. It makes such a huge difference to each and every small business owner. If you could design a product for a celebrity, who would it be? I love the aesthetic and designs of Pearl Lowe and Susie Cave. Although not strictly bridal, their rich colours, sumptuous fabrics and vintage-inspired designs would look amazing hung on my hangers! Working as a family business for ten years, we’ve been self-taught in our home studio in York. What’s your favourite product you offer? My favourite isn’t big and flash, it’s our elegant range of memory charms. I love designing elaborate pieces, but to be able to bring a smile to someone’s face when you enable them to have an absent loved one with them on their big day is priceless.
