Rachael and Mark started dating in 2014, before Mark decided it was time to pop the question on 1 st December, 2017. “We had both booked the day off,” Rachael remembers. “In the morning, Mark presented me with a personalised wooden advent calendar. I opened the first box expecting to find a chocolate, but instead there was an engagement ring.” How romantic is that? And the perfect way to start the festive season. They then celebrated with a meal at a lovely restaurant.
