Being friends first was obviously a great basis for their partnership; the pair had a long-distance relationship while Karyn worked abroad before moving in together with their gorgeous cockapoo, Oscar. It was on a trip to Rome that Andy plucked up the courage to pop the question. “We had dinner near the Trevi Fountain,” Karyn tells us. “Andy told me that if you put €3 in the water then it means you will get married – so that’s what I did.” The pair walked around to the Spanish Steps, where Andy pulled a ring box from his pocket. Back home, they soon set the date for 20 th April, 2019, with a church ceremony followed by a reception at The Rockingham Arms in Wentworth. Karyn continues the story… P ER F E C T I ON
