The venue even made my favourite cocktail, a French martini, although they called it a French Martin, after my new surname. We have to give a huge thank you to whoever cleared our bar tab too - we still don’t know who it was! Our photographer provided a photo booth with all sorts of funny props such as blow-up animals, wigs, hats etc. As you can imagine, after a few drinks the pictures were hilarious! I also booked a caricaturist as a surprise for Ben – he was a big hit and managed to draw just about everyone. All the men looked dashing in traditional charcoal-grey tailcoats. Ben also wore a pocket watch, which was my wedding gift to him. My bridesmaids wowed in muted full-length embellished dresses – they all looked gorgeous. 48
