The men teamed three-piece blue tweed suits with lilac accessories. My bridesmaids looked fabulous in coordinating chiffon sweetheart numbers. I fell in love with my princess-style tulle and lace dress. I had it altered from a button-back fastening to a corset style. I teamed it with pearl earrings, a necklace and a gorgeous tiara with silver butterflies. In the evening, I rocked a white cocktail dress with personalised Converse. The room was beautifully lit by chandeliers and fairylights, while the open fire downstairs kept it warm and cosy all day. Mandy’s top tip: Weddings don’t need to cost thousands to make it special.
