Your West Midlands Wedding - October/November 2023 (Issue 88)

I wanted two contrasting dresses to bring different looks and feels to the day. My day dress, 1860 by Kenneth Winston, had a veil which was handmade by Tiffany Jordan using lots of lace. In the evening, I swapped to a gown called Larissa MJ813 by Madison James and added a tiara along with a glamorous belt and a handmade glittery overskirt. Enigma Studios provided tattoos for our guests. This added an extra element to the wedding; it was a great talking point, and some of them were truly hilarious. Graham chose a blue-tailed suit with a grey waistcoat and a pink tie from Brigdens. The whole day was magical from start to finish. We had a variety of entertainment, including a DJ, a pianist, an axe thrower, a photo booth, a phone box, an ice cream truck, and a cigar bar. We wanted to make sure our guests had the best day, and everybody loved absolutely everything. I had three bridesmaids and one maid-of-honour. The maids all opted for purple, and my maid-of-honour wore lilac. REAL WEDDINGS 25
