These are a colourful replacement to the usual beige buffet, and provide a centrepiece for your event. You can choose from a table of any size, from getting ready on the morning of the wedding to the breakfast banquet. We can even deliver platter boxes to anyone who couldn’t be at the wedding so they can feel included too. We can have a consultation to discuss your needs, or just a phone call if you already like what you see. Most dietary requirements can be catered for such as vegan, vegetarian, halal, and we can incorporate your preferences and details personal to you. What should couples expect when booking your services? We have experience of catering at events from two people to hundreds. We’re also fully trained in food hygiene, registered and insured. We were also featured in British Vogue in spring of 2020. How long before the wedding should brides and grooms book? We recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get your preferred date. You will be asked to pay a 30 per cent deposit to secure your booking. We can make changes to numbers and dietary preferences up to one week before the big day and will call you a day or two before to confirm the final details. Tell us your dream menu . It would have to include a delicious gin-based cocktail, something Mediterranean-inspired, packed full of fresh, local ingredients alongside a glass of Primitivo, finished with something chocolatey for dessert. Do you have any top tips for our readers? Have a bridesmaid allocated to make sure you drink water and eat something on your big day. So many brides end the day hungry and a bit too tipsy because they haven’t had a chance to eat, and don’t get to enjoy the food that they spent so much time deliberating over.
