Inspired by the active lifestyle of Australia’s Bondi Beach, this new bridal pilates, nutrition and wellness plan has been curated by founder and pilates queen Lottie Anderson, using her professional expertise, combined with her personal experience from her wedding planning. Lottie invites women to embark on a transformative journey. Helping brides achieve radiant wellness, this new pilatesfocused wedding programme professionally fuses the workouts with delicious recipes from performance nutritionist Rachel Butcher, plus tried and tested wellness tips for brides to implement in the lead-up to their big day. Over four weeks, the Wedding Ready Series aims to establish a solid foundation for brides’ wellbeing, built upon a pilates routine tailored to individual needs. Throughout the programme, brides will receive access to five weekly pilates videos carefully curated to strengthen the body and calm the mind. •WEEK ONE: BUILDING YOUR WELLNESS ROUTINE The first week focuses on laying the foundation for the wellness journey, learning essential pilates exercises to strengthen the core and improve flexibility. Committing to a pilates practice sets the stage for a radiant and healthy lifestyle as women start to prepare for their special day. •WEEK TWO: PILATES SECRETS FOR AN INNER AND OUTER GLOW The second week delves into the secrets of achieving both inner and outer radiance through pilates. Brides-to-be will discover how pilates not only strengthens the body but also nourishes the mind and spirit, to achieve that radiant glow from within. Through a series of targeted exercises, awaken the body’s natural energy, enhance circulation, and promote a healthy, luminous complexion. Embracing the holistic benefits of pilates unlocks a true radiance to shine brightly. •WEEK 3: CEMENTING YOUR WELLNESS ROUTINE AND ADDING LAYERS OF CONFIDENCE As the wedding day approaches, the third week is dedicated to solidifying the pilates routine and enhancing confidence levels. Building upon the foundation established in previous weeks, the pilates practice is deepened by adding challenging moves and layers of complexity. Through advanced exercises and targeted techniques, strengthen the body, sharpen focus, and hone skills. With each session, brides will feel more empowered and self-assured, ready to walk down the aisle with confidence. •WEEK 4: FINDING CALMNESS THROUGH PILATES PRACTICE In the final week, focus on finding calmness and tranquillity amidst the excitement of wedding preparations. Discover how pilates serves as a sanctuary for the mind and body, offering a refuge from stress and anxiety. Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful breath work, release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. PROFESSIONALLY CURATED MEALS TO NOURISH AND EMPOWER BRIDES To effectively fuel the programme, the Wedding Ready Series includes delicious recipes from accredited nutritionist Rachel Butcher. With more than 15 years’ experience, Rachel’s expertise enhances the programme with nourishing meals to support brides’ wellness journeys. Passionate about communicating practical evidenceled nutrition and health messages in a way that can be easily understood, implemented, and sustained, she empowers people to take control of their nutrition choices, care for their bodies and achieve lasting results. Designing a collection of recipes with the challenge in mind, savour easy, energy-boosting meals that contain wonderful nutrients and antioxidants for glowing skin and a thriving gut. Dishes include overnight oats with berries and peanut butter, and peach, burrata and prosciutto salad. To top it all off, Lottie also shares her selfcare tips from her wedding wellness journey. Offering valuable advice to help brides navigate this special time with confidence and ease, Lottie hopes each will help brides feel prepared for their big day. She says, “I established a morning routine which included taking apple cider vinegar and collagen. I was recommended Kollo by Anel Lamine from Skin by Anel and saw a huge difference. I also started taking probiotics to help cleanse my gut, which also helped my skin and energy levels.” Lottie continues, “I had 100g of protein a day which helped with my energy levels, and also to help build muscle mass alongside pilates. I also followed a goal of completing 10,000 steps a day which I found a really good way to reduce stress as I would use the walk as time for myself to either listen to a podcast, or wedding plan or reply to voice notes from friends.” Hydration is key. Lottie tells us, “I aimed to drink between two to three litres of water a day which helped with my energy levels and skin. Getting between seven and eight hours of sleep a night was key to ensure my body was sufficiently able to rest and recover to ensure best results, both mentally and physically.” From discovering the secrets of inner and outer radiance to cultivating confidence, each week of Bondi Rises’ Wedding Ready Series is designed to enhance brides’ physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. By finding calmness amidst the excitement of wedding preparations and cementing pilates practice with layers of confidence, Lottie believes that her programme in partnership with Rachel’s recipes, will help women everywhere feel fully prepared to walk down the aisle feeling empowered and ready to embrace the joy of their special day.
