I made a lot of the décor myself with a helping hand from my bridesmaids and family. We used lots of upcycled items sourced from charity shops. For our seating plan, I wanted to incorporate our love for music, so I used my Cricut to write the names of guests on old vinyl records. I had bunting draped around the barn in our colour palette made by my mum. To keep the theme consistent, I bought silk flowers online and used them to make my bouquet and my bridesmaids’. I also used the same blooms to decorate the tables and cake. Live band Resident Heroes kept us all entertained throughout the evening -- live music was an important part of our day. REAL WEDDINGS 41
