Your Surrey Wedding - October/November 2023 (Issue 103)

Our table plan, welcome sign and order of the day were all designed to complement our stationery, with blush flowers against a white foam board I wanted our bridesmaids to choose whichever style of dress they wanted, but in the same colour. In the end they all opted for the ruched Thea dress with spaghetti straps in blush to match our theme. For our favours we gave guests banana milk/ruby chocolates that were wrapped in copper foil along with metallic drinks tokens that were 3D printed by Oscar. Our flowers throughout the day included roses, astilbe, wax flower, hypericum in blush, dusky pink and white with olive and eucalyptus. The ceremony room looked beautiful with the floral arrangements lining the aisle and alter. We had a floral hoop made with artificial flowers by Oscar’s mother. It created a beautiful backdrop. We created a children’s room to give them somewhere to play or relax. Our centrepieces included blush and white roses and lisianthus with lots of olive and eucalyptus foliage, set in a ring around rose gold vases. We chose a semi-naked cake, decorated with rose gold and copper flakes and finished with a blush topper and flowers. 45 REAL WEDDINGS
