Your Sussex Wedding - Feb/Mar 2020 (Issue 83)

Our table plan was written on a gorgeous mirror. Our venue stylist, Mulberry Events, added blossom trees to the venue, which looked gorgeous. I made chocolate tractors as favours for our guests, which were a nod to my new husband’s job. They were labelled, so doubled up as place names. Our centrepieces were made up of three glasses containing flowers to complement our colour palette. My friend, Nicola, did an amazing job with all of the flowers, I was so pleased with everything. Alex managed to hire a tractor, much bigger than any we have, to take him to the venue. Our photographer captured some great shots of us with it. We opted for a four-tier cake as we couldn’t decide which flavours we wanted, so we had all of them! We also asked Nicola to add some floral finishing touches to the cake, and it turned out beautifully. Alex’s speech took everyone on a rollercoaster of emotion. REAL WEDDINGS 49 
