It’s important to have a rough budget in mind. Although tempting, it’s generally best to avoid trying on dresses that are wildly over budget. This will save you tears further down the line, allowing you to get a real feel for the great options available. What’s your trend of the moment? We’re noticing a trend for a more relaxed boho-style, with brides opting for a beach or festival wedding. What’s your favourite dress in the boutique? There are some standout dresses by Aire Barcelona that we’ll be getting in for the new Autumn season. If you could dress any celebrity, who would it be and what dress would you pull first? The absolute icon that is Julia Roberts! She’s a timeless beauty. The dress that springs to mind is Dixie by Modeca with a Bardot neckline and simple lines. We’ve noticed brides are going for more simple designs with a structured look in Mikado, crepe and satin. What’s your favourite dress in the boutique? We find it’s all about who carries the dress and how well they carry it. When we select and purchase our gowns, we have to love them all, so they’re all our favourites! If you could dress any celebrity, who would it be and what dress would you pull first? I would love to go back in time and dress Pippa Middleton for her wedding.
