72 S elf-confessed fashion junkies make-up artist Lucy Meyer and photographer Sarah Carmody worked together on every element of this gorgeous shoot. Their goal was to create a set of images to demonstrate that bridal can be high fashion and show that no matter the dress budget, if it’s styled and photographed in the right way, you can achieve a glossy magazine finish. Lucy says, “I wanted to feature some current make-up trends with rose pastel colour hues, glass-like skin and fluffy brows. Keeping the entire make-up look to the same tonal palette creates a beautiful monochromatic quality that allows the model’s beauty to shine through. “Oversized details such as the flower worn at the neckline and pampas grass are huge spring/summer trends that are great for boho-chic weddings.”
