Your Sussex Wedding - Jun/Jul 2019 (Issue 79)
Leaving the ceremony room and being alone with Boyce for the first time as husband and wife was amazing. Having our own little bride and groom photo shoot gave us a chance to relax and have some fun with our photographer. My mum made a fake cake with lots of funny decorations that were special to us. We also had a large cake table with a number of glass stands holding a variety of delicious bakes. I made a map collage on a large wooden pallet, and my best friend helped me to write the seating plan, which we attached to it with twine. For favours, we gave our guests small map boxes containing heart chocolates and quotes about love. Bright and wild-looking flowers were scattered around the venue. For centrepieces, I spray-painted large doilies with a gold shimmer and sat flowers in different-sized jars on top. REAL WEDDINGS 53
