Your Sussex Wedding - Feb/Mar 2019 (Issue 77)
77 REGIONAL SHOOT Fall head over heels for this bright and bubbly styled shoot Images courtesy of Megan McAdam Photography BUBBLE AND CHIC T his dramatic yet fun styled shoot was the brainchild of Sussex-based floral designer Tania Russell of Hire Societies. She says, “I was lucky enough to have Ridgeview Vineyards and artist Lucy Claw on board, along with some amazingly talented wedding suppliers.” The colours were selected from the myriad hues found in bubbles and all tied together with the chic style that Tania loves. Photographer Megan McAdam deftly captured all the finer detail, including the metre-high centrepiece, the bespoke stationery by Inked by Hand and the plates Lucy painted. Gold leaf added a touch of opulence to the wine glasses, along with the delicate touch of floral ice cubes in the cooler, all created by Tania, with gorgeous touches by Sally of Events by Design. Becky at The Garden Chef crafted the delicious-looking Macaron tower, about which Tania says: “This was outside of her usual colour schemes, but it blended with the theme beautifully.” Finally, make-up artist Freya worked her magic to complement model Jenny’s hair to stunning effect. Tania comments: “The whole setting brings something totally different. It was a great shoot to plan and be involved in.”
