From her years of experience in the industry, she was more like a wedding coordinator than a photographer! She went above and beyond and made sure everything ran to plan on the day. My dad had some great advice right from the beginning: “Don’t worry. Make sure you enjoy the planning too.” I’m glad I kept this in the back of my mind, as the time goes so quickly. More is more! We didn’t have a colour scheme. I just envisaged lots of flowers and greenery everywhere, with a few stars and gold accents.
