The evening snack was fish’n’chips, which Natasha knew she had to stand by, not only due to its sheer Britishness but also to help soak up some of their soggier guests! “Our photographer, Sarah Williams, has become a lifelong friend. Her photos are beyond stunning, and she really took the time to get to know us.” – Natasha CELEBRATE IN STYLE The couple worked with The Wedding Chaps to curate the music for their day. Every detail was considered, with ‘man music’ for the groomsmen as they seated the guests and a ‘trigger song’ to let Cameron know the bride was on her way downstairs. Guests were entertained during cocktail hour with a large crossword designed by the couple with questions about them, such as where they live, what’s their dog’s name and so on. More quizzes were on the horizon during dinner as The Wedding Chaps handed out cards for guests to complete with fun questions, opportunities to give pearls of wisdom and some could even draw something from the day. The audio guest book proved particularly popular not least due to its location inside a super-cute phone booth. “The recordings were hilarious!” Natasha remembers. “They start off sweet and sentimental but get louder and funnier as the evening progressed!” NATASHA’S TOP TIPS “Choose suppliers who create work you love and who understand your vision. This means you can trust them to produce something spectacular on the day, which saves you worrying about every little detail. “Include a special last dance song for the night, it really does close out the evening and creates another special moment for you and your guests. Plus, take a survivors’ picture! It’s great to see who managed to stay to the end and how different you all look from the beginning of the day. Both of these were great ideas from The Wedding Chaps that we loved doing.” 34
