Your South Wales Wedding - July/August 2024 (Issue 98)

It sounds cliché, but everyone in that room meant something to us; they have watched us grow and been a part of our evolving family. Even our photographer. Carla has been taking our family photos for years and has become a part of the family. Having her take these photos was more than just being our photographer. Carla is as invested in our journey as any of our guests. To keep our guests entertained, Tom Sutch Music performed throughout the ceremony and drinks reception and we hired a band for the evening, which kept the atmosphere going until the early hours. We felt incredible on the day. Everyone in the room was as happy to see us get married and we have never felt so loved. The cheers that erupted the moment we were announced as husband and wife will stay with me always. My bridesmaids opted for blue satin dresses from ASOS. Cory chose a black tuxedo from Mens Formal Hire Ltd. I wore a Stella York gown from White Orchid Bridal. It was a minimalist lace-fitted dress. It was the style that I had always envisioned and it turned out perfectly. I accessorised with droplet earrings and a lace veil. 37 REAL WEDDINGS
