I had spent most of the day with my friends watching the royal wedding with absolutely no idea that he was planning to pop the question that evening. He told me we were going for a meal, but when we went for drinks in the lounge he surprised me by getting down on one knee. He had arranged for our parents to be there, so they celebrated with us and booked for us to stay the night. Oliver had the ring made at Diamond Centre Wales and incorporated some of the diamonds from his nan’s ring into the design.” Here she shares some of her favourite moments from their big day...
