He spoke so well and made us laugh and cry. I haven’t seen my 93-year-old grandma laugh like that in years! We invited some of our friends to come and stand in the grounds so they could share some of our day with us. This was special for both of us, and getting to see my best friends and have Richard’s best men with us was wonderful. One of my favourite moments was when Richard and I took our first steps outside as a married couple. Our amazing photographer, Honeydew Moments, caught the moment that all of our friends and family threw confetti, and the pictures look incredible. During the ceremony, I had one of my oldest friends do a reading for us via Zoom. She read a very special poem she had written for us, and it meant she got to be a part of our day, even if it was through a screen. 32
