She played during the ceremony, drinks reception and evening meal. As people walked into the grand hall and saw Dippy, we asked Katie to play the Jurassic Park theme, which she learned especially for us. She was really helpful, and our guests commented on how the music fit the ambience of the day perfectly. I was a bit nervous on the morning of the wedding, but we were really happy and couldn’t stop smiling. It was a lovely day, and we loved celebrating with our nearest and dearest. It actually rained all day, but we didn’t really notice as we were having such a wonderful time. We had our first dance under the museum dome which was lit up by stars and overseen by Dippy. It was an amazing experience, and at the end of the night, everyone grouped together for a photo and to sing the Jurassic Park theme tune. All our suppliers were amazing, and we’d thoroughly recommend them. The Secret Garden Florist had wonderful ideas and captured our theme perfectly, and my hair and make-up artists were fabulous. We also booked transport through Ebony & Ivory Wedding Cars who were really helpful and our photographer, Tania Miller, made us feel relaxed and like we’d known her for years. 48
