We wanted everyone to feel involved and to enjoy themselves.” MEMORABLE MOMENTS “On the morning of the wedding, I felt like the luckiest woman in the world,” shares the bride. “I’ve had severe Endometriosis over the last few years and have been in and out of hospital. My organs went into failure and thanks to several surgeons and medical staff they managed to save my life. I didn’t want to get married while having a colostomy but unfortunately the reversal surgery led to infections and sepsis. After a few years, we chose to move forward with our lives and get married and adopt. We truly felt like the luckiest couple in the universe. I was alive, and we were going to have the family we’d longed for. We had the most incredible day surrounded by the people we love most in the whole wide world.” Their day was made special by all of their friends and family. “The speeches were awesome, especially ours,” explains Michelle. “As you can imagine after everything we’ve been through there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. A lot of tears were shed that day, but they were all happy ones.” HONEYMOON “We decided to have a mini-moon in Tenerife,” shares the bride. “We had our proper honeymoon in Aruba, which was incredible!”
