The readings and speeches were amazing. It’s difficult to single out one supplier, as we felt they all went above and beyond. I think the venue and our florist were just as excited as we were about the wedding. The gent running the cheese toastie stand got locked in the loo for 20 minutes! Luckily someone found him before everyone got too hungry. Our first dance was to L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole. We hadn’t rehearsed as we wanted it to flow naturally. Nathan rented blue burlesque feathers and our dear friends, Louise and Sarah, helped us create a showstopping performance. In the evening, we hired an eight-piece band who were really popular with our guests. After the wedding, we booked a mini-moon to Florence. We’re planning to have a proper honeymoon next year in Cape Town. 50
