In this position he will have the whole hotel geared to meet your requirements. The Head Chef will also be available to discuss menus with you and to supply tasters so that you are happy with all your food choices. We can also accommodate your wedding ceremony within the hotel and have three areas licenced for this dependant on numbers. Firstly, the small function room accommodating up to 30 people, then our conservatory can hold up to 50 guests, overlooking the golf course, orchard and the mountain scenery that is the Brecon Beacons, making your special day that extra bit beautiful. Thirdly, our function room, where many people hold their wedding breakfast and evening reception, will hold from 50-110 guests and is exclusive to the wedding party with its own bar and dance floor.
