THE LOOK OF love Lisa and Nicholas celebrated their big day at Bryngarw House Images courtesy of Paul Davies Photography L isa and Nicholas met while studying at University of Wales, Trinity Saint David in Carmarthen. “We were friends for months before Nick plucked up the courage to ask me out,” says Lisa. “For our first date, we went for a few drinks in Llansteffan. I ended up helping him out of a ditch that he’d fallen into! We had a great time, and he’s been making me laugh ever since.” After nearly 10 years together, Nicholas popped the question. “For my 30 th birthday, Nick organised a trip to New York,” shares the bride. “It started off as a disaster, as my suitcase went missing and didn’t turn up for three days! After a week of seeing the sights, Nick proposed on Christmas Eve. It was a complete surprise, and we were over the moon.” Here she shares some of her favourite moments from their big day...
