To keep our guests entertained, we hired DJ Wayno for the evening reception. The speeches were all amazing! My dad’s made me cry while the best man’s made everyone laugh. One of the most amazing feelings I have ever had was when Ricky and I walked into the venue and everyone was outside in the sun cheering! We also loved that our nearest stayed for two nights and the following day we all went to Newport Sands Beach and played rounders, swam in the sea and headed back to Llys Meddyg Hotel for a barbecue and day two of drinks and celebrations. I was very emotional when getting ready with my bridesmaids, but it was a relaxing atmosphere. We had breakfast from The Cheesy Cow and it was a lovely morning. The sun was shining, the doors were open and music was playing. My bridesmaids wore lemon backless gowns from Meshki. They accessorised with gypsophila clips made by Pretty Pampas UK and pearl drop-back necklaces. My dress was by Maggie Sottero. It was a free-flowing A-line design and when I put it on, I actually cried, as I could imagine my dad next to me. I wore my natural curls with my late nan’s opal necklace and gypsophila in my hair. Ricky wore a tuxedo from Dyfed Menswear. 39 REAL WEDDINGS
