Your Bristol & Somerset Wedding - Dec/Jan 2019 (Issue 74)
101 REGIONAL SHOOT T hese incredible images came about after a chat over coffee between Fran Baxter-Hunter of Hunter Gatherings and Charlie Tyjas of Bristol Contemporary Photography. “We wanted to create something different, creative and stylish,” Fran explains. “We were also passionate about showcasing independent local wedding businesses.” Rich jewel colours and earthy muted tones formed the colour palette, striking a stunning contrast against the rough brick walls of The Radnor Rooms. “Becci Bakes used the colours from the stationery on the cake,” Fran says. “It had plaster-like qualities for a contemporary, textural feel.” The scene was set with garlands, lanterns and metallic décor alongside foliage and tropical flowers to give a modern edge. The focal point is a beautiful bride in bespoke two-piece outfits, which show off a flair of individuality.
