A beautifully restored 14th Century Threshing barn, set in 36 acres of outstanding natural beauty, 9 miles South of the Georgian City of Bath Wick Farm Bath offers the most stunning canvas for intimate weddings as well as celebrations for up to 200 guests. Couples can choose to hold their Civil ceremony here or marry locally and celebrate with a wedding breakfast and evening party catered by the renowned Strawberry Field who offer comprehensive menus to suit all tastes. Whether you require a casual hog roast, sharing platters, or barbeque cooked on the decking over looking the pond or a formal 3 or 4 course feast! The rose covered medieval arched doorway, tranquil duck pond, ancient hay barn with it’s quirky old Masey Ferguson tractor and wood store are a pretty backdrop for photographs and capturing lasting memories of your unique day. A recent addition is a bespoke marquee situated just off the Lower barn to allow outside space come rain or shine for drinks or spotting the wildlife on the pond it overlooks. Added extras are a Bride’s room for exclusive use to change outfits or grab a few whistful moments amongst the festivities. Nearby there are over 300 beds in local hotels, Airbnb and bed and breakfast accommodation. Coming this Summer we have a sumptuous wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom located within the estate. In 2020 we can offer outside ceremonies in both the beautiful hay barn or on the terrace next to our fairy lit hazel arches in the beautiful landscaped gardens. There are many beautiful barns in Wiltshire and Somerset, but very few offer all fairy lights, Candle jars, tables, chairs, linen, front of house managers, wedding coordinators, fully stocked bars and VAT within their prices.
