Your Bristol & Somerset Wedding - Jun/Jul 2019 (Issue 71)
I didn’t know what type of dress would suit me, so I tried on as many styles as possible so I could make an informed decision. I never thought I’d go for a strapless gown, but that’s what suited me most; I felt curvaceous and beautiful. The dress had lots of detail, so I teamed it with a simple veil, hair vine and diamond jewellery. The men looked dashing in navy suits. They all wore baby blue shirts, which tied in perfectly with the bridesmaids’ dresses. Each of my best girls wore a different style as I wanted to make sure they loved their outfits and felt comfortable. For our favours, we made a contribution to the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research, as these are charities that are close to our hearts. Everyone received a pin badge, and we loved seeing people wear them throughout the night. REAL WEDDINGS 47
