A DAY TO REMEMBER Jessica and Daniel filled their special day with personal touches Images courtesy of Shutter Bliss Photography J essica and Daniel met online in 2008. “We instantly clicked over the phone, and we never wanted to hang up,” Jessica says. “Daniel was attracted to my confidence and kindness, and I liked his openness and determination.” A few months later, Daniel made the seven-and-a-half-hour journey from his mother’s house in Caister-on-Sea to visit Jessica in Weston- super-Mare for a week – a risky move, as they’d never met face-to-face! It was worth it, though, as six years later the couple got engaged. “He took me out for dinner and had already spoken to the restaurant manager to tell him of his plans,” the bride tells us. “He ordered champagne to the table and got down on one knee in front of everyone. It was a total surprise, as he had always made out that he didn’t want to get married!” The pair got to work planning the wedding and soon set the date for 21 st September, 2017, at Coombe Lodge.
