I look forward to writing it every year, even if it does make me incredibly hungry afterwards! When I got married last year, we went back and forth about what to have for our wedding breakfast and reception. My husband (it still feels weird saying that) loves anything hot and spicy, while I can’t get enough of anything sweet. After talking to our family, we decided to go for a two-course barbecue so that there would be something to please all of our guests. If you’re struggling to find the perfect company or cuisine, start by searching online and looking in magazines for inspiration. Before you commit, look at their past work to see if they can create the menu that you’re after. It’s also important to read their reviews, see if they’re in your price range and check that they’re available on your date.
