C L A S S I C elegance A talented team of suppliers worked together to create two different looks at Calthwaite Hall Images courtesy of Kevin Brown Photography This styled shoot shows how to create two different themes. The organiser, Jacinta Cooper from Simply Koko Bridal, tells us more: “As soon as I arrived at Calthwaite Hall, I was taken aback by the stunning hall, gardens and newly built conservatory. Our first theme was a formal, rich look. I worked closely with Flowers by Valerie Jayne to express the beauty and diversity of the venue, from the wild garlic growing in the grounds to the almost Gothic building that had been added to over time. After careful preparation by Hairstyles by Adry and The InstaGlammer, the couple went on to have a jewellery consultation, which took place in the formal dining room with Desert Diamonds North/UK. I wanted to dress the bride in a feminine ballgown, with a long elegant veil that could be used as a prop by our fabulous photographers Kevin and Carol. The groom looked handsome in his grey silk morning suit, chosen by the team at Tie the Knot 007. The cake designed by Lucie’s Cake Co fitted perfectly in the spiral of the staircase, with a beautiful candle ceremony performed in the hall by ‘I Do’ Your Ceremony. Our event dresser, Roses & Hearts Boutique Events, did such a fabulous job of adding those all-important touches such as dressing the chairs and the tables from DTL Marquee Hire and complementing the stationery designed by White Orchid Print And Design.” “We also wanted to showcase a boho theme,” shares Jacinta. “We dressed the garden with some props, but it didn’t need too many as the grounds already have so much to offer. It was magical to hear AnnaKate Pearson Harpist play in the background as the couple enjoyed the outside space. I loved working with every supplier, and I would like to thank them for all their hard work, as no one person could pull off such a complex shoot without the expertise and support of them all.” REGIONAL SHOOT 57
