A dreamy DAY Jo and Mark celebrated their love with a ceremony at their local church Images courtesy of Two For Joy Photography J o and Mark knew each other for eight years before they started dating. “We weren’t particularly close, but we ended up reconnecting and discovering that we really liked each other,” says Jo. “We both love travelling and have a similar view of the future, so we were excited to share some adventures together.” Mark proposed during a trip to Sri Lanka. “He was intending to do it at sunset on the beach, but it was a bit too late, so he ended up proposing on the beach in the dark,” laughs the bride. “Sri Lanka was significant as Mark’s mum was brought up there, so we had visited to see where she had lived.” Here the bride shares some of her favourite moments from their big day...
