Your North West Wedding- February / March 2021 (Issue 66)
My advice to any couple is to relax and enjoy your day. Do a run-through before the day so you’re not stressing about what could go wrong. We went to a cottage in Ambleside for a week after the wedding, which was lovely. We didn’t have a plan other tha n to relax and eat good food. I was able to hear a prayer from one of my bridesmaids who couldn’t be at the wedding. She had recorded it so we could still include it as part of the service. Everyone was incredibly supportive on the day and throughout the planning process. Nathan opted for a navy suit and grey waistcoat from Slater Menswear. I chose a fitted dress which wasn’t what I originally wanted, but the styled seemed to suit me. I accessorised with a bracelet and pearl drop earrings. The bridesmaid chose different coloured autumnal dresses. I didn’t manage to have all my maids with me in the end, but the other three looked lovely together. REAL WEDDINGS 35
