75 REGIONAL SHOOT BOWL ED OVER T his quirky shoot took place at All Star Lanes in Manchester. Rachel Smith from Shikamo told us how this wonderful shoot came to be: “Celebrant SJ and I decided to create a styled shoot that showcased how things could be done a little differently when it comes to your wedding day, and what better way to do that than getting married at a bowling alley? We wanted to show that flowers work in any environment, so we got in touch with Ken Fraser Florist who created a stunning centrepiece incorporating a bowling pin which allowed our theme to flow throughout the décor.” Love Lace Bridal Boutique and Suit Direct provided the dress and suit. “The team created smart but modern outfits,” says Rachel. “The leather jackets were supplied by Rock Paper Nib. It was a real showstopper and demonstrated that you don’t have to necessarily stick with what’s considered normal. Other trinkets like the eco-friendly favours, doughnut wall, bespoke invitations and personalised embroidered hankies really enhanced the shoot.
