Your North West Wedding - October/November 2019 (Issue 58)

We chose to get married at West Tower because we liked the idea of having the place to ourselves and not having to move between the ceremony and reception. The staff were great and accommodated our request to have the ballroom and conservatory open throughout the day, which made excellent use of the natural light and surrounding views. For our centrepieces, we wanted something simple, so we decided to place flowers in hurricane vases. Special Occasions Florist provided our flowers. We chose ivory roses and foliage. Our cake was a simple, elegant design from Marks & Spencer. It was three tiers and tasted amazing. We purchased giant white balloons and filled the room with them. West Tower did our catering. We opted for a hog roast, a cake made of cheese and a sweet cart. 28
