34 The venue had lanterns and a rose garland over the fireplace to decorate the space. We weren’t allowed to have a reception at Newton Hall after the ceremony due to COVID-19 and instead booked an area at The Joiners Arms down the road, which is owned by the same company. Here, we had hot sandwiches and an open bar for guests to enjoy.  We wanted everyone to feel comfortable and have fun on the day! We loved Newton Hall’s style and location as it’s positioned close to the beautiful coastline, but also has countryside vibes.  I felt overwhelmed that the day had finally arrived and I felt so nervous! The bridesmaids had roses and gypsophila for their bouquets while I had wildflowers.
