Your North East Wedding - September/October 2020 (Issue 40)

REAL WEDDING We had big initials and a love arch as well as a smoke machine, sweet cart and photo booth to decorate the venue. 39  Our semi-naked cake with assorted flavours was delicious!  I got my dream ivory wedding dress from a boutique in Newcastle and I felt so special when I saw myself. We had a disco with a DJ in the evening as we wanted a party and to keep everyone entertained.  We had a three-course wedding breakfast and a hog roast for the evening. Kevin wore a blue three-piece suit with a dusky pink tie and brown shoes, which matched the groomsmen.  My bridesmaids’ dresses were long and a dusky pink shade – they looked beautiful.  We both were very nervous on the day but so excited!
