Your North East Wedding - September/October 2020 (Issue 40)
Our top tip would be to do what makes you happy and book it, so you have no regrets. Take the whole day in and record it if you can, as a lot of it becomes a blur. The speeches were rather funny and had the whole place laughing, in which me and my father got the giggles! On the evening we had a saxophone player and live DJ. It was also the hottest day of the year, and the saxophone player walked about while playing and mingled amongst the guests as they danced. We loved all our family being there and how well all the guests mingled. The best part was marrying my soul mate and having my children and grandchildren as my bridesmaids. A part that stood out to me was my father seeing me for the first time walking down the stairs. It was clear how much love we have for one another. REAL WEDDINGS 29
