After romance blossomed, Paul proposed in December 2017 at The Dukes Hotel in London. “I thought we were there for a Christmas shopping trip but he surprised me with the hotel,” recalls the bride-to-be. Paul had their room decked out with roses and champagne before popping the question to an unsuspecting Jackie! After saying ‘yes’ the wedding planning commenced and the big date was set, 5 th September, 2019, with the ceremony taking place at St John the Baptist, Aston Cantlow, and a reception followed at The Kings Head.
