Due to the rural setting, we knew if we could get a clear night we would have a spectacular view of the night sky. So the theme was light, the stars, and cosmic colours while our colour palette was gold, dark blue, teals, rich purples and deep pinks. “The dress, by Stephanie Kyles Bridal, was created specifically to emphasise the bride’s shape. It was an off-the-shoulder style, with delicate star beading and a sexy side-split – it made for an awesome look! Stephanie also added a unique ombre star pattern to the veil. Amy of Amy Bemand Hair beautifully created a half-up, half-down style with loose waves, which looked awesome with wired flowers and berries. The bridesmaids’ hair were styled into a loose bun, and fresh flowers delicately placed into the back of the hair. The hair was complemented by make-up by Indulge Beauty and Make-up boasting sparkle around the eyes and long fluttery eyelashes − a touch of drama, and Sam finished the look off perfectly by using rich deep-red lipstick. For the 'groom' Bill Child Formal Wear supplied a fabulous three-piece navy suit and tie, fitting the colour theme perfectly. “Pigment + Paper, Brittany a very talented designer, supplied wonderful detailed artwork on the invitations, menus, name tags and table plan. Also incorporating sketches of the flowers used throughout the shoot, the moon and stars, with touches of gold foil to finish. Couture Cakes by Claire created a hand- painted watercolour-style design using an ombre of cosmic colour spiralling up the cake. “For the flowers I carefully selected blooms to reflect lots of texture and movement. I also chose flowers that mirrored a starry shape, such as eryngium thistle, clematis, and blushing bride, adding touches of gold throughout. Complementing tablescapes were created by Dress to Impress by Julie and featured gorgeous gold-edged glass chargers, gold cutlery, etched glasses, deep blue chiffon against the natural wood table looked beautiful. “Finally, this was captured by Che Birch- Hayes Photography who used the sunset and fading light to capture stunning images.
