Your London Wedding - May/June 2024 (Issue 95)

Keeping with our colour scheme of blue, white and gold accents, we had our cake set up by the grand staircase at our venue. We adorned the stairs with cascading flower installations and gold-accented candles to create an air of romance. Our tables were adorned with luxury gold candelabras and tall floral arrangements with greenery and bluehued flowers. We had a saxophonist perform during our cocktail hour. The bridesmaids all wore navy blue dresses. For the evening, they changed into traditional Nigerian attire of blue lace dresses with blue aso-oke head ties with blue hand fans. The groomsmen all wore navy blue three-piece morning suits with gold waistcoats. They changed into blue two-piece Nigerian traditional suits for the evening. Gordon wore a blue three-piece morning suit before changing into Nigerian attire later in the evening. He looked dapper in his blue two-piece Dashiki traditional suit with gold aso-oke ‘Agbada’ and a matching gold cap with coral beads to complete his look. 41 REAL WEDDINGS
