The couple created many beautiful memories together with them on the big day, which they’ll always get to the treasure. The bride says, “They had the best time at the wedding. In fact, my mum said it was possibly even better than her wedding (which she loved). She was so excited about the day and loved having her hair and make-up done − she looked beautiful. My dad’s father-of-the-bride speech made me so happy, and it got many laughs. Losing them has been the worst experience of my life, but I’m so grateful we got to share our wedding with them, as they were so happy.” HONEYMOON Like many couples, the lovebirds planned the main honeymoon for some time after the wedding and are going to Thailand at a later date. But straight after the wedding, they went on a mini-moon locally for three nights at Retreat East in Suffolk and then three nights in a barn conversion in North Norfolk. The bride comments, “We were genuinely exhausted, and it was exactly what we needed − we loved every second. We particularly loved the relaxed dinner and drinks in the restaurants at Retreat East, as well as the walks on the sandy beaches of Norfolk.” 30
