Iain wore a dark navy suit from New and L ingwood. It was a different shade of blue to the groomsmen so he stood out. My bridesmaids travelled from Milan, Edinburgh and Manchester, so they all wore complimentary navy dresses of their own choosing. The bridal party and I were able to walk up the Strand from The Savoy to the Chapel. We also strolled around after the ceremony for our wedding photos. In keeping with our city-wedding theme, we also had a couple of trips in a black cab! Sylwena’s top tip: “Be present in the moment and soak up as much of it as you can.” I wore Hadley by Ronald Joyce from Cherish Bridal in No rthwich. The owner, Tracy, is an absolute star; she h elped me find my dream dress and made every second so enjo yable. I accessorised it with a veil and hairpiece.
