Our favours – pink iced biscuits made by our cakemaker – doubled as place names, each was tied with a name tag and eucalyptus to match the venue décor. Mile End Ecology Pavilion has one huge wall of glass looking out over the nature reserve so we ran with that theme and chose a Perspex tableplan with calligraphy by Mother Wild. Our cake had three tiers, one of Victoria sponge, one chocolate and one fruit – it looked and tasted amazing. REAL WEDDINGS 35
