The Mile End Ecology Pavilion was the perfect setting for our reception; it feels like a hidden gem and is breath-taking inside. We hired a Pimm’s bike and some garden trellis to section off an area for the cocktail reception, which really enhanced our ‘outside in’ theme. When we first viewed Hackney Town Hall, we loved how grand it felt and its beautiful Art Deco interiors but also how down to earth it was. We hired double and single-decker vintage London buses to transport our families to the ceremony and then our guests between the two venues. 34
