The venue, which was recently announced as the winner of the Best Wedding Venue in the Most Popular category at the Hire Space Awards was chosen for its enviable location and contrasting architectural features. As Sassi explains, “In a truly historic part of central London, the Georgian splendour of RSA House was the perfect location for me to launch my 2020 collections of bridal and occasion wear. “I loved the setting of the Great Room for my salon show and the contrast between that and the modern industrial feel of the vaults where our guests were entertained and entranced by the very best wedding suppliers in London.” RSA House is licensed to hold ceremonies in a range of spaces, offering couples a choice of intimate gatherings to larger ceremonies of up to 200 guests. The Great Room offers a spectacular setting where natural light from the domed glass ceiling illuminates famous historical paintings dating back to 1774. The Benjamin Franklin Room is a spacious and elegant room that features a contemporary chandelier, original Adam fireplaces and a large window running the length of the room. There’s also a hidden gem – the Vaults, which boast dramatic exposed brickwork and snug alcoves. Once used as riverfront warehouses, today they are an incredible space for a party accommodating up to 220 guests.
