#CWMchat Should you let your bridesmaids choose their own dresses? No! Luckily enough, I was a fashion editor when I got married so I already knew what bridesmaids’ dresses and accessories I wanted. Even if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t let them choose their dresses. I think that bridesmaids should match, including the shoes and accessories, and they should trust you’ll choose a style and shape to flatter them all. After all, you want them to feel comfortable and be tagging lots on social media! Yes! I’d want my best girls to be comfortable and feel themselves throughout the day. There’s nothing worse than being forced into a dress that you know really doesn’t suit you - your confidence takes a massive hit. Give your bride tribe a colour or colour palette to stick to, so that you get varying styles but the overall look still works together in harmony. Vive la difference!
