Your Kent Wedding - Page number 44 - May/Jun 2021 (Issue 96)

I travelled to the venue in an open-top Routemaster bus with my bridesmaids, mum, dad and grandad who used to be a bus driver and regularly drove these vehicles. It was decorated throughout with flowers. The bridesmaids looked beautiful in lilac dresses and my flowergirl wore a white dress from Victoria’s Bridal Boutique where I also purchased my own. I wore Eva by Stella York. I tried on a lot of different styles, but this dress made me feel so special that I didn’t want to take it off! I paired it with a long veil by Richard Designs. Dexter arrived in a classic VW Campervan. We both felt ecstatic that after months of anxiety due to the pandemic, our day had finally come. 44
